My name is Rick Sterling and I specialize in helping buyers and sellers with their coastal waterfront area property investments in real estate in the Virginia Beach and surrounding area’s of Hampton Roads, also know as the Tidewater area of Virginia; including the Old Beach Resort area, North End, Shadowlawn, Croatan Beach, Sandbridge Beach, Bay Island, Bay Colony, Little Neck, and the Shore Drive Beach Communities and surrounding areas.

Having been born in Baltimore and growing up and living in the Chesapeake Bay regions of Maryland and Virginia,  I have a special interest in the waterfront communities and lifestyles. I have over 24 years experience in the real estate industry; from the water front communities on the Potomac River of Northern Virginia, to the Eastern Shore of Virginia and then on to the Tidewater areas of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Hampton, Portsmouth and Chesapeake.
